Female Hormonal Longevity

In Chapter 3 of the Rebels of Aging series, we turned our focus to one of the most foundational drivers of women’s long-term health: hormonal balance.

Hosted at Mandala Club, this intimate gathering explored how female hormones, sexual health, and emerging femtech innovations shape not only daily wellbeing, but the trajectory of aging itself.

Dr. Tsin Uin Foong (Osler Health) guided guests through how hormonal and thyroid function evolve across the lifespan - from fertility to perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. She explored how tailored nutrition, fasting strategies, movement, and supplementation can help women work with their hormonal rhythms rather than against them, and how thoughtful hormone optimisation supports vitality, resilience, and long-term healthspan.

Dr. Angela Tan (Reiwa Health) expanded the conversation to include the often-overlooked connection between sexual health, cardiovascular wellness, and overall longevity. She highlighted how pelvic floor integrity, sleep quality, and emotional resilience are deeply intertwined with hormonal balance - and why reframing female sexuality is essential not only for extending sexspan, but lifespan.

True to the Rebels of Aging ethos, the science was translated into experience. An interactive femtech corner introduced guests to innovations such as red light therapy for intimate care and pelvic floor activation tools, creating space for hands-on exploration and open dialogue. The atmosphere was intelligent, grounded, and empowering - inviting women to rethink their relationship with their bodies through a longevity lens.

The evening concluded at the Longevity Refreshment Bar with the exclusive launch of The Rebel, L’évive Labs’ NMN Cell Renewal Drink. Formulated to support cellular energy and regeneration, it offered a tangible reminder that longevity is built through both knowledge and daily action.

Together, the Rebels of Aging community explored women’s health as it should be: science-led, experience-driven, and unapologetically future-focused.
