Male Hormonal Longevity

In Chapter 4 of the Rebels of Aging series, we turned our attention to the other half of the longevity equation: male hormonal health.

Hosted at Mandala Club in Singapore, the session was designed to bring science-backed clarity to a conversation often overlooked in mainstream wellness — how to optimise male hormones for long-term vitality, performance, and healthspan.

Prof Dean Ho (NUS, Eternami Clinic) shared insights from his “My Delta” study, highlighting how personalised hormonal optimisation can meaningfully extend healthspan. The discussion explored the critical roles of testosterone, insulin regulation, and nutrient density in male aging, and why the levels required to reach rejuvenation thresholds often exceed what can realistically be achieved through diet alone. He also unpacked the science of autophagy and telomere length, demonstrating how fasting strategies, biomarker tracking, and tailored interventions can influence measurable longevity outcomes. Male reproductive longevity, he emphasised, is not just about fertility - it is a marker of systemic health.

The evening also translated theory into practical application. Guests were introduced to targeted supplementation strategies, daily habits, and quick-win protocols designed to strengthen hormonal resilience. A key takeaway: longevity approaches must be tailored - what works for women is not always what works for men.

In a powerful and often surprising highlight, physiotherapist Rabia Shah led an interactive session focused on male pelvic floor health. Through guided breathwork and activation techniques, guests experienced how core strength, sexual performance, and energy levels are directly connected to pelvic integrity - reinforcing that pelvic health is not gender-specific.

On-site longevity experiences included body composition screening by Technogym and red light therapy demonstrations for men’s intimate care by PBM Healing, further bridging science and lived experience.

The evening concluded at the Longevity Refreshment Bar with the exclusive launch of L’évive Labs’ latest NMN Cell Renewal Drink - formulated to support cellular energy, recovery, and smarter aging.

Because at Rebels of Aging, longevity is not abstract. It is measurable, experiential, and designed to be lived.
