Longevity Mindset

Rebels of Aging launched the first chapter of The Longevity Lab at The Nanson with an immersive evening dedicated to one of the most powerful - and often overlooked - pillars of healthspan: Longevity Mindset.

The session opened with longevity psychologist Beata Justkowiak, who explored how our thoughts, beliefs, and emotional patterns directly influence the way we age. Drawing on mindset psychology and behavioural science, she guided guests through practical frameworks designed to help rewire limiting narratives and cultivate a more expansive, future-focused approach to living.

This was followed by a deeply immersive 9D breathwork journey, guided by Paul Foster and Leila Foster, designed to regulate the nervous system, release stored stress, and create space for clarity and resilience. The room shifted palpably - from conversation to stillness, from busyness to presence. Guests were fully supported throughout the experience on luxurious Heveya organic mats, creating a grounded, sensory environment for deep work.

The evening was moderated by Heike Cushway and Julia Laukemann, who wove the conversation and experience together into a cohesive exploration of what it truly means to embody longevity — not just intellectually, but physiologically and emotionally.

Because longevity should be felt - and tasted — the experience was complemented by special refreshments curated by The Nanson bar team, including a Rebel NMN+ inspired Longevi-Tini signature mocktail.

This was longevity as a lived experience - science, mindset, nervous-system work, and community, all in one room.

And this was only Chapter One. More chapters to come.
