Cooking Method & Time
Cooking Instructions (From Frozen)
Step 1: Prepare Packs
Using scissors, tear or cut along the dotted line to remove the label from all packs.
Option 1: Boil (Best for hands-off cooking)
Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil.
Submerge all packs in the water.
Close the lid and cook for 13–15 minutes.
Remove carefully, open packs, and combine to serve.
Option 2: Microwave (Quick & easy)
(All microwave times are per portion)
Cut a 1 cm opening in each pack.
Place packs upright in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave timings:
Sweet Potato Mash: 2–3 minutes
Spinach: 2–3 minutes
Carrots: 2–3 minutes
💡 Salmon is best cooked using the boil or chef mode method.
👨🍳 Chef Mode (Pan-Fry for best flavour & texture)
Orange-Glazed Salmon
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add the frozen salmon directly to the pan (no oil needed).
Cook for 6–8 minutes, turning gently, until the salmon is heated through and the orange glaze becomes glossy and lightly caramelised.
Carrots
Add frozen carrots to a pan over medium heat with a small splash of water or oil.
Pan-fry for 4–6 minutes until tender and lightly caramelised.
Meanwhile, heat the sweet potato mash and spinach using either the boil or microwave method above.
Combine, plate, and serve.
